Brunei Darussalam has received the Express Mail Service Cooperative Customer Care Award 2023. It was the second consecutive year that Brunei Darussalam received the award, since becoming a member of the Universal Postal Union, and Express Mail Service, EMS in 1984.

The award presentation took place recently in Berne, Switzerland. The award was received by Doctor Rosdi bin Haji Abdul Aziz, Acting Postmaster General of the Postal Services Department, Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications.
